YO PEOPLE! Several of you were sick today; get well soon! Drink more water and eat well! Don't forget that Friday's our day! Haha. The attendance today was not very good but at least, most of you managed to reach before 8AM, however, from the next practice onwards, please make yourself present on time.
[If you're unable to reach on time due to some reasons, please do not hesitate to inform your section leaders, Majors or teachers.]
Next coming practice will be this
Wednesday (1st NOV). Please treat this practice seriously as we really need time to settle our pieces.
The
assembly time will be 7.45AM. Do not be late and please inform the majors beforehand if you have any urgent and important activity on on the same day.
Also, make sure that you have all the scores required for the concert (Die Fledermaus, Amazing Grace, Digital Prisms, Hogan's Hero March, etcs)
You're reminded to have the Band uniform ready by Friday (including your boots and ties, etc). Please notify the Majors or Wardrobe Mistresses (Joelle, XinYi) if you are lacking of any of the above items by the next practice. Rest well, and play well (: See you.

Assembly Time: 9AM SHARP
Dress code: School-approved TEEs with pants/skirts, only white shoes and socks allowed.
Things to bring: Scores, instruments, pack bag

For those who didn't take/wasn't around when giving out the lists, here's a list of things to bring for band camp!
1) 5 sets of clothing ( 3 school approved attire for morning, two sets of pyjamas, bermudas )
2) 4 sets of undergarments
3) Slippers ( for use after dinner only )
4) Utensils ( Cups, water bottle )
5) Toiletries (Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush)
6) Towel
7) Insect repellent
8) Sleeping Bag
9) Pair of trackpants
10) Personal Medication
11) Pen/Pencil/Notebook
12) Jacket/ Sweater (opt)
13) 2 pair of socks

Students under FAS, just inform Jaslin, you do not need to pay.

All Sec 2 and 3 Student Councillors, come for band from 10am to 12pm to sightread the SYF set piece!

Hello guys!
How do you all think of the performance tdy @ CBMC?
Well, I think it was generally okay, but! We have to take note of squeakings, minimising it, improve our pitching, and DYNAMICS!
Also, I saw a lot of hand phones appearing during the whole trip!
Not only at the bandroom but even at EXPO, before performing.
I don't wanna see anymore hand phones appearing okay.
Believe me, the next time i see it,at least down 10 straight away aye, we're taking this VERY SERIOUSLY okay.
And really, you guys have to move faster yeah, don't dilly dally, be alert at all times!
Move together as a whole, as a band, in each section, don't leave anyone out.
We are all one big family, think about others~ c:
Learn to work together as a team, that's what makes up a band. (:
Next practice is on this Saturday, 6th nov, 8am to 12pm.
