HEY GUYS!
TODAY MARKS OUR SYF 2011!
& I'm honored to announce here that we have gotten a SILVER!
Yeap, even after the strict judging this year.
I believe we all deserves a round of applause yeah? (:
Haha. Please continue to strive hard & excel in your playing!
Today also marks the end of our sec 4 lives in GMBand.
On behalf of seniors, I would like to say thankyou to you juniors, it was nice knowing you awesome guys!
I will remember the days we've spent together and the memories we've made (:
And for me, it has been an honour to have led the band, thank you for giving me the chance.
I really liked how we play together as a band and make melodies and music :D
The ties between seniors and juniors, the unwilling heart to give up your dear instrument, that special seat in the bandroom that belongs to you and you alone, and the undying faith and bonds between the members (:
For now, it's a long break. Time to catch up with our studies yeah!
Persevere all the way, jiayou in your studies too, esp. for the sec 4's GCE!

Next band practice (Sec1s): Wednesday, 2.30pm!
(Seniors, do come and help out w/ your juniors :D)

Hey guys.. I'm sure you all heard what we all said just now right.

It's not that we don't allow you all to talk to your friends and have fun. I know it's tiring after a day of lessons, and you just wanna spend and enjoy your time w/ your friends but hey, we're all here to learn music. We're all musicians, let's have the musicianship and show respect okay? We're not trying to pinpoint anyone, it's just that today's reflection was the accumulation from previous practices, and the problem has been arising. We all learn and grow together yeah? (:
And really, every minute counts! There's just 4 more practices to SYF. Think about it, can you really play all your parts, so much so that you can play the whole song w/o looking at the score? There's muchmuch more to polish up!
Just endure &give it your best shot for the 4 practices and showcase our talent on Mondayy!
We train day in day out just for this one and only chance- SYF!
Shine like diamond and rock the stage!
