Hey people!
The next band practice is this Friday (02/03/12) from 2.30pm to 6.00pm.
There are quite a few announcements as follow:
1) Please pay $16 lastest by this coming Friday practice for the band tee-shirt! For those under school FAS, please look for any of the majors to tell us.
2) Remember to sign the march holiday practice consent form and pass it to the majors by this Friday! For those who did not get the consent form, please take it from the plastic folder on Miss Yap pigeon hole.
3) There will be an in-line skating programme on the 4th April (Wed) during band practice. It is COMPULSORY unless for medical reasons.
4) The March holiday practice will be for EVERYONE (including the sec 1s) on 13 and 14 of March (Tue and Wed) from 8am to 12pm.

Hello Guys!
The next band practice is NEXT Wednesday (29/02/12) from 2.30pm to 6.00pm because this friday is Cross Country so no band!
1) As you all should know, we have really LIMITED PRACTICES due to the events, sec 4s remedials, etc. Therefore, if you have brought home your instrument, please please please practise the songs for our March holiday performance. They are: Lady Gaga Dance Mix, Oteyawarakani and Go West! Also please come on time for EVERY band practice!
For the Sec 4s, please try to change any remedial or supplementary class that you may have on the tuesday and wednesday of the march holiday as we are trying to get the sec 4s to perform for at least this coming march holiday performance.
2) As for the band ROD, SLs please pass me your ideas of the respective duties your section is incharge of on a piece of foolscape paper in DETAIL lastest by this FRIDAY!
Also, ALL of you are suppose to give me your grouping and performance item for band ROD lastest by this FRIDAY!

Hey people!
The next band practice is this coming Wednesday (22/02/12) from 2.30pm to 6.00pm!
For the senior band, please bring $16 next practice to pay for our new band t-shirt.
The following is details for our band ROD:
Date: TBC (Most likely to be after our performance at Ngee Ann City on 14/03/12)
Time: TBC (Probably 4.15pm to 6.30pm lastest)
Venue: School Hall
*Light snacks provided!
~Pre-preparation duties: (SL take Charge)
Clarinet- Gifts for Seniors + Publicity
French Horn- Gifts for Seniors
Double Reed- Programme
Trumpet- Programme
Flute- Refreshments
Saxophone- Decoration
Percussion- Decoration
Euphonium- Games
Trombone- Games
Tuba- Logistics
*Sections with the same duty are to work together and produce ideas on 1 piece of paper only.
*SLs are to give me your section's ideas in DETAIL on a piece of paper lastest by FRIDAY!
~Performances:
-EVERYONE must perform at least 1 item.
-Can perform ANYTHING you want; Singing, dancing or even playing your own instrument (Not recommended)
-Can be Individual, in pairs, in groups or even in your own Section!
*Please give me your grouping and performance item lastest by FRIDAY!

Hey people!!!
The next band practice is this coming friday (10/2/12) from 2.30pm to 6.00pm.
Please try to be more friendly towards the sec 1s as they are still new to the band and try to be their friends ok??...
Make sure that you are a good role model to the new sec 1s and have discipline in yourself, don't wait until we punish you then you start observing discipline...
Be punctual for ALL practices and come 30mins after your lesson end if you have not eaten lunch yet, or else please come directly after whatever programme you have earlier. Thanks :D
