More info:
AudioImage pays tribute to the annual SYF (Singapore Youth Festival) Band Competition as we perform select competition pieces used over the past few decades. This will be a nostalgic trip for old-timers, as well as an eye-opener for the young padawans. This is also a good chance for the public to understand why the 'SYF Band Comp' has become a rite of passage for all aspiring bands in Singapore.

Program:
J.S. Bach - Chaconne from Partita no.2
James Swearingen - Seagate Overture
James Barnes - Yorkshire Ballad
Robert Sheldon - Flight of the Piasa
Daisuke Shimzu - Tanglewood Overture
Bert Appermont - Noah's Ark
... and more!

Conducted by Clarence Tan, also featuring guest conductor Choy Wei Peng. This is a casual cum educational concert with commentary and discourse by Clarence during the program. Interested audience members are welcome to interact with the conductors and players after the concert.

Admission is FREE. This event is open to the public, so come on down for a Sunday afternoon of music and fun!
