YO ALL! How have you been? Stay very healthy for this two months arh, SYF is so near.
1. Firstly, please take note that we will be having 3 Practices during this March Holiday:
16th - 18th March 2011, the timings are all located at the left side of this page. You're reminded to keep yourself free for these practices as well as the SOUND CHECK. The sound check would be an unsuccessful one if one or more players are absence.
This is very important as it is our very last sound check to make necessary changes to the Band arrangement and sound, etc. Hence, you're reminded again to keep yourself free on 26th March 2011. Thank you! Sec 1 come for Practice at 1pm.
2. Secondly, if you're unable to attend any of the practices/sound check, please inform Miss Johnson and the majors by this Tuesday. We would need to finalize the total number of people for our dinner/lunch. 3. Thirdly, the exchange next Wednesday will be with the following School Bands:
- Yu Ying
- Boon Lay
- Bedok View
- Si Ling
- Gan Eng Seng
- MayFlower (not confirmed)
You may prepare something for their sections, its optional.
Please make sure you pay attention to how the Bands play on that day, especially for MOF. I don't think there will be another school playing Die Fledermaus. Aiya, you'll know that day (: There will be a lunch break after we came back to school. Then, practice will start again after lunch break. Check timing on the schedule given. More details would be given on that day.
Also, on the 18th March, we will be showcasing our pieces to the public.
Therefore, its imperative for everyone to be present on that day so that our performance will not be affected. Sign the consent forms and indicate how many friends/parents are coming to see us, hand in on Wednesday (: .4. Lastly, the Band's Facebook Group has just been changed to:
