About the Duty Roster:
-The order of the duty roster is according to the group numbers and is repetitive. In other words, when group 5 has finished their duties, it will start from group 1 again.
-For 5 practices, each group will be in charge of the cleanliness and tidiness of the room(s) that has been used for band practice.
Carrying out the duties:
-After the end of each practice, the group in charge will be given 5 to 10 minutes to clean and tidy the
room(s) used. If more than 1 venue has been used, spilt into sub-groups to tidy the respective venues.
-Section Leaders are to make sure that members cooperate and tidy fast. No one is allowed to deliberately skip fall-out.
-The welfare team will be supervising every clean-up.
During clean-up:
-If there is saliva on the floor, kindly get a piece of tissue and wipe it away.
-If you see files on the band room floor, put them on the chair nearest to it.
-If there are scores scattered on the floor, please pass them to any of the librarians - Rachelyn, Joelle, Si Ting, Shabira or Jia Min.
-If you see parts of instruments or items related to instruments, such as mouthpiece, covers, reeds, cork grease, etc; please pass them to any of the quatermasters- Belle, Isabel, Xin Yi or Robin.
BAND MEMBERS, LISTEN UP!
-Band members are to observe cleanliness at all times and dispose your litter or saliva or whatsoever in an appropriate manner.
-If any of the majors, SLs, the group on duty or the welfare team catches you littering, we will give you APPROPRIATE punishments.
2)The next band practice will be on 29/6/2011 (Next Wednesday) from 2.30pm to 6pm. For those ending lesson after 2.30pm, please come 30 minutes after your lesson ends. Though SYF may be over, we must still continue to work hard for NDP in August. Please try to look through your scores on the pieces we are playing like March Together, Land of Hope and Glory, National Anthem, General Salute and Memories of Friendship.
